Penza, 4 December 2013. PenzaNews. Specialists of the department of Federal Service for Supervision of Communications and Mass Media in the Penza region revealed a violation of Paragraph 1, Art. 24 of the federal law “Communication” in the course of the unscheduled check of Close Joint-Stock Company Penza-GSM, which is included in the group of companies SMARTS.

“The violation was the use of the radio-frequency spectrum on radio frequency 21910,0 MHz without a permit, during functioning of the radio relay station, owned by CJSC Penza-GSM, located at the following address: 12, Zelenaya Street, Zarechny,” the regional department of Federal Service for Supervision of Communications and Mass Media told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department added that following the results of the check there was given a direction to remedy the violation spotted.

“In addition, with reference to the legal and official body CJSC Penza-GSM there were composed two protocols upon Part 2, Art. 13.4 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation “Violating the Rules on Designing, Constructing, Installing, Registering or Operating Radio Electronic and (or) High Frequency Devices,” the department added.
