The acting head of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Yuri Ruzlyaev reminded the officers of the need to strictly adhere to the rule of law and discipline and wished them to return home safe and sound.

Representatives of religious denominations also addressed the officers with parting words.

In Chechnya, the police officers will replace their colleagues. The officers will return home in June 2014, said the press service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region.
