Penza, 9 December 2013. PenzaNews. The deputies of the Penza City Duma discussed the project on construction of sites for dog walking during the meeting of the committee of housing and communal services, land improvement and environment on Monday, December 9.

The head of Penza Yuri Alpatov asked what kind of work is currently carried out in the sphere and how soon the results can be expected.

According to the deputy head of the housing and communal services administration of Penza Vyacheslav Sintsov, the pilot project on construction a special site for dog walking will be implemented in the territory of the Leninsky district of the city.

The people’s deputies welcomed the fact that the agreement with the potential investor was already reached.

They also drew attention to the fact that the construction should be carried out in accordance with the decision of the general meeting of owners.

According to the deputies of the City Duma, in Penza the need to create conditions for pet walking came to fruition long ago.

It is expected that in 2014 such sites will be eventually constructed in each district of the city.
