Ten people asked him for assistance in solving their problems.
Lyudmila Nikolaeva asked him to set a public transport stop near the Akhunskoe cemetery.
“People visiting the cemetery experience inconvenience, because drivers do not always make a request stop. Moreover, due to the lack of the official stop, the walkway is never cleaned from snow by the responsible services, so people have to go to the cemetery through the snow,” the Penza resident said.
The head of the city promised to resolve the issue in 2014.
“It is winter now and it is impossible to perform the work required. We need to lay asphalt, set a bay, and then put a pavilion. We will allocate money for it next year, and as soon as it is warm we will do everything. I will take the issue under my personal control,” Yuri Alpatov stressed.
Irina Kagramanova, residing in a hostel in Krupskaya Street, applied with a request to clarify the situation concerning setting a communal metering device.
“I am the one of six families who has the apartment in private property. Others have not privatized the accommodation and are renting it. We have no metering devices and are used to pay the norm established. I am asking you to consider the problem on an individual basis and set metering devices at the expense of the city budget,” she explained her problem.
Yuri Alpatov recommended the woman to write a corresponding application.
“We will see how we can help you. We will deal with owners of the remaining dwellings. If they are municipal, then the city will take part in setting metering devices in equal shares,” he said.
The head of the city also provided clarification on questions regarding registration of ownership of garages, resettlement from old and dilapidated houses, land acquisition and other concerns of the citizens.
