Four officers of inter-district department of the non-departmental security in the Penza area, which is a branch of the Non-Departmental Security Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region, – Grigory Razzhivalov, Sergei Proskoryakov, Sergei Ageev and Sergei Lentyakov – received letters of appreciation and gifts from the administration of LLC PKF Termodom for active assistance in preventing theft of the materials in the construction site in Zasechny village, where the company is building a residential complex “Gorod Sputnik.”

The official ceremony, during which each officer involved in the apprehension of the intruders was given a cellular phone, took place in the building of the Non-Departmental Security Directorate of Penza on Wednesday, December 11.

Addressing the officers, the deputy head of the HR department of LLC PKF Termodom Svetlana Kochetkova expressed her gratitude for professionalism and courage.

“We wish you to have less work and more pleasant moments like today. We wish your families health, prosperity, good luck and all the best,” she said.

The acting deputy director of the security service of LLC PKF Termodom Vladimir Chavkin expressed hope that further cooperation of the company and the non-departmental security will be even more intense.

“You are always there to help us. Thank you very much for your support,” he added.

The officer of the non-departmental security Grigory Razzhivalov told news agency PenzaNews that the theft of the building materials from the territory of “Gorod Sputnik” was averted on Saturday evening, November 30, while patrolling.

“At about 19.00, we noticed a suspicious car moving towards the construction site with headlights off. At the crossing point of “Gorod Sputnik” we in cooperation with the security service of LLC PKF Termodom stopped the car. The inspection revealed that in the vehicle there were building materials, which did not belong to the driver and the passenger,” the officer said.

Meanwhile, his colleague Sergei Proskoryakov remarked that the letter of appreciation from Termodom company was a pleasant surprise to him.

“It is the first time we got rewarded on behalf of the owner of the property we guard in the call of duty. Of course, it is pleasing,” he said.
