Scientists from France and Moscow to take part in presentation of books on history of Penza

Penza, 17 December 2013. PenzaNews. Presentation of new books of the professor of Penza State University Viktor Kondrashin and the professor of Academy of Military Science, the historian of the Russian security services Oleg Mozokhin will be held at the museum of V. Klyuchevsky on Tuesday, December 17.

As the press service of the Department of Culture and Archive of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” honorable guests of the event are Alexander Dyukov, PhD, researcher of the National French library, chairman of the Association of the history of Russia and Eastern Europe Vincent Boulet, director of the fund “Historical Memory”; and Olesya Orlenko, director of the international program implemented by the fund.

“All of them are members of the international project of the Federal Archival Agency of Russia “Hunger in the USSR. 1929–1934,” the press service said.

The press service added that during the presentation the museum of V. Klyuchevsky will get the police department certificate on the Ministry of Public Education’s adding the historian to the list of suspect persons in perpetuity.

“This document was brought to Penza on September 14 during the visit of the chairman of the Russian Historical Society, the speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergei Naryshkin,” the press service said.
