In his micro blog on Twitter he posted a photo taken in the territory of the garage cooperative near the house on 62, Uritsky Street, where the fund’s office is located.
The photo shows that the owner of the silver offroader Mitsubishi with the car number K303TS 58 RUS organized a parking place right next to the garages fencing the territory off with metal bars, chain-link and red-and-white tape.
Oleg Sparipkov shared the photo with the head of the Penza administration Roman Chernov who is also registered on Twitter.
“And here is a card for you, @RBChernov, this is how we should spit on the city authorities. Dude has already fixed a fence, the roof is nice,” the social activist posted.
The mayor of Penza has not given any response to the message yet.
As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, in November 2013, Oleg Sharipkov announced that the land near the house on 62, Uritsky Street, previously owned by the Homeowners Association, illegally passed to some garage cooperative.
He thinks that the construction of 27 garages in this territory is an attempt to seize a plot of land in the city center.
