Kuznetsk, 4 January 2014. PenzaNews. Thirteen children, including nine boys and four girls, were born in Kuznetsk, the Penza region, in the period from January 1 to January 3, 2014.

As the press service of the city administration told news agency “PenzaNews,” it is much more than a year ago.

“An hour before the onset of 2014 a boy was born, and after a chime of bells a girl was born,” the mayor’s office added.
