The reason was Christmas raffle organized by the trading company on Monday afternoon, January 6.

According to PenzaNews reporter, the parking lot near the store was filled with people already an hour before the event, and Penza residents, who arrive to “Moya Rodnya” by car, leave their vehicles right on the roadway.

Trying to manage the situation, the traffic police recommends drivers to take only the first lane on both sides of the road.

It is planned that a raffle the main prize of which is a car will start at 12.00.

The program of the event includes performances of creative groups and children’s competitions.
