Penza, 14 January 2014. PenzaNews. Territorial program of state guarantees of free medical assistance to citizens of the Penza region for 2014 and for the planning period of 2015 and 2016 was approved by the decree of the regional government.

“This document defines a list of kinds, forms and conditions of free medical care. In addition, it stipulates standards of medical care and normal standards of financial expenses per one unit of medical care,” the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Penza region told news agency PenzaNews on Tuesday, January 14.

The press service explained that within the framework of the program people should be provided with emergency medical care and health care in out-patient medical facilities, as well as specialized medical care in day or day and night in-patient hospitals.

“The document that was adopted the second was the agreement on tariffs, which is of great importance. It defines methods and cost of medical care provided in accordance with the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance of the Penza region in 2014,” the press service of the Ministry of Health added.
