Penza, 17 January 2014. PenzaNews. Workers of the Penza company LLC “Tekhnograd” started repairing a crumbling wall of the house No. 10 in Kulibina Street.

“Now workers are breaking the old construction and are immediately bricking the new one, so the work is being done slowly and by hand. Residents resent the fact that water and electricity were cut off, but it is for the sake of their safety, so that builders could work quietly,” the acting head of the city housing and communal services Mikhail Glushkov commented on the progress.

According to him, the repair works are planned to be completed by February 15.

As the press service of the Penza administration told news agency “PenzaNews,” the construction organization committed to complete work on each floor every week if the residents do not prevent the restoration works.

According to the information posted on the official portal of public procurement, the contract price for capital repair of the apartment house No. 10 in Kulibina Street in Penza amounted to 3 million 610 thousand 999 rubles. The funds are provided for in the city budget.

The contract was concluded with LLC “Tekhnograd” as the sole supplier.
