Penza, 20 January 2014. PenzaNews. 638 drivers were brought to administrative liability for violations of transportation of young passengers during program “Car Seat for Children,” the results of which have been reviewed in the Penza region.

“During the program, thematic sessions were conducted in educational organizations, as well as parent-teacher conferences with participation of traffic police representatives. In addition, during the period from December 1, 2013 to January 8, 2014 near kindergartens and schools of the region, special measures to control the use of car seats and seatbelts for children were held,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on Monday, January 20.

The ministry noted that active work in terms of prevention of violations of the rules for children transportation will continue.
