Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region Alexander Eremkin took personal control of the question of dismantling of the fence near the trading center “Kosmos City” in the micro district Arbekovo, which is insisted on by the residents of nearby houses, and which is the basis of the claim to businessman Oleg Totsky.

In particular, several dozen residents expressed dissatisfaction with the installation of fencing, restricting passage of private cars and heavy machinery.

According to the residents, due to the lack of sidewalks they are forced to walk along the narrow road where the cars often stand in a traffic jam.

During the meeting with the representatives of Oktyabrsky district administration, it was decided to oblige the management of the trading center “Kosmos City” to dismantle the fence and return it to the previous place.

In addition, they decided to apply for the establishment of signs prohibiting parking along the fence.

“We will make sure that the decision is implemented. People are right — the conflict is artificial, and it can be solved without prejudice to the owners of the trading center,” the press service of the Legislative Assembly of the region quoted Alexander Eremkin.
