Penza, 21 January 2014. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took 54th place in media rating among the heads of Russian regions in 2013, compiled by “Medialogia.”

According to the survey, the head of the region gained 14 positions in the end of 2013 compared with 2012.

In the last 12 months media index of the governor of the Penza region amounted to 6,485,68 points.

As for the media rating of the heads of regions of the Volga Federal District, Vasily Bochkarev is No. 9.

Russian Research Company “Medialogia” compiles ratings based on media-index, which is a quality indicator of the information field, which is formed around a company, brand or person by the Media.

In contrast to the indices based on a simple counting of the number of references, it assesses media reputation with regard to qualitative indicators: importance of the source of information, the nature of the reference, and its role in the text, and whether it is represented by direct or indirect speech.

The system evaluates the overall favorable media environment over a certain period of time by summing indices of all references to the subject.

Ratings are based on the Media, which includes over 10,7 thousand influential sources, including television, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and Internet portals.
