Penza, 23 January 2014. PenzaNews. The number of residents of the Penza region, who have joined the bonus program “Thank you from Sberbank,” reached almost 100 thousand people.

“During 2013, their number increased by over 3 times,” the deputy manager of Penza branch of Sberbank of Russia Alexei Danilkin pointed out.

As the press service of the financial institution told news agency “PenzaNews,” the total number of people involved in the program in the Volga Federal District amounts to over one million participants.

“Bonuses provide considerable and sometimes huge discount on the things one need, which can be bought in popular chain stores,” Olga Petrova, the client and participant of the bonus program of Sberbank commented.

The bonus program “Thank you from Sberbank” provides bonuses for every purchase paid by credit card in Russia and abroad.

During the first three months from the date of engaging in the program, 1,5% of the purchase price is transferred to a special bonus account of the participant, and 0,5% every following month. One “Thank you” equals one ruble. The bonuses can be exchanged for discounts of up to 99,9 % when purchasing in the shops-partners of the program.
The partners can grant their own bonuses of up to 20 % of the purchase price.
