Penza, 24 January 2014. PenzaNews. 50 million rubles are allocated in the budget of the Penza region in 2014 as a grant for government housing certificates to families, which will have their first child within 12 months of marriage.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Demography told news agency “PenzaNews,” each certificate is issued in the amount of 233,700 rubles.

“It can be used to purchase the property from the developer, to construct individual house or pay the loan obtained for these purposes,” the ministry specified.

The press service added that certificate grants are provided under the sub-program “Social support for certain categories of citizens of the Penza region in the housing sector,” which began in the region in 2014.
