Summing up the results of 2013, he noted that the media play an important role in shaping public opinion about the activities of the court and make a great contribution to the legal education.

Konstantin Druz said that last year the work of the Arbitration Court of the Penza region was reviewed in more than 450 publications, most of which were objective and non-judgmental.

“The greatest response in the press were received by the following topics: the case of municipal management “Gorvodokanal” of Kuznetsk, the problems encountered during the reconstruction of the zoo, deranged deadline of construction of new Philharmonic and reconstruction of the Center for Culture and Leisure, infringement of exclusive rights in the performance of musical works, protection of business reputation, and others,” he said.

Konstantin Druz awarded news agency PenzaNews for regular and professional coverage of the activities of the Arbitration Court of the Penza region. The Certificate of Merit was granted to the chief editor of the news agency Pavel Polosin.

The editor of news agency PenzaNews Svetlana Katysheva was also awarded a diploma for active and productive cooperation.
