Penza, 5 February 2014. PenzaNews. The Ministry of Education of the Penza region announced the beginning of the selection of projects for participation in the eighth exhibition of scientific and technical creativity of youth “Progress-2014.”

“Applications will be accepted from students and representatives of working youth under the age of 30, as well as additional education organizations, various associations, technology parks, venture capital funds, innovation centers, and youth groups,” the press service of the Ministry of Education in the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that upon the results of the event, the best works in four categories will be determined.

“The Grand Prix winner will be entitled to go to the federal stage of the nationwide competition of scientific and technical creativity of youth “STCY-2014,” the press service commented.
