“This idea has been discussed in the club for strategic development for almost two years. The Fund will accumulate charitable donations made by entrepreneurs and citizens, as well as grants, using administrative and financial resources in its work,” the head of the press service of the city administration of Zarechny Vladimir Kshumanev informed news agency “PenzaNews.”

He said that the main objective of the fund is to support urban initiatives and develop social responsibility of the residents.

“Within the first charity program “Gift for good” performance “The Bremen Town Musicians” will be staged on March 2, the money collected will be spent on treatment of the children of Zarechny suffering from serious diseases,” he added.
