According to the information available, the resource started operating in 2012.

The domain owner made payments up to February 2, 2014.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, in June 2013 the chairman of the standing committee on local management, monitoring of the departments and officials of local management Alexei Shuvarin questioned the effectiveness of the official website of the 350th anniversary of the city, the creation of which cost 289 thousand rubles.

According to him, it was enough to create a separate section dedicated to the anniversary on the website of the city duma.
