Penza, 18 February 2014. PenzaNews. Librarians of 13 area of the Penza region applied to participate in a master class on creation of video.

It will take place in the Library named after M. Lermontov on Wednesday, February 19.

It is expected that the participants will learn the rules of writing a script, learn the technology of video, as well as explore the principles of film cutting.

Master class will be hosted by the veteran of Penza journalism, the winner of the Governor's Award Olga Petrova.
