“I was downright amazed how motivated the guys were, how eager they were to do something really worthwhile. A huge number of guys camped here, during the three days there was no wandering around, all worked to win. It's very impressive,” Moscow expert commented on “Hackaphone” which ended in the high technology park “Rameev,” in his nterview with news agency “PenzaNews.”

According to Grigory Petrov, the most striking and strong projects of Penza hackathon were electronic finger drums by “Exdrummer,” which took the first place, the idea of interactive advertising represented by a group of Moscow developers, and the project by “Bit,” which made a visual novel.

“All the 14 projects presented in Penza, have a possibility of monetization. After all, money is the energy of our world, and so if we want to make a project that will continue to live and be useful, it must have some mechanism of monetization,” the expert said.

Assessing the work of Penza programmers as members of software developers cluster, Grigory Petrov said that “the cluster is a tool with the help of which those who want to make themselves better can learn how to work in a team and to find out something new.”

“It's just like the bar. By itself, it does not make one a champion, but the presence of it helps. And in any case, the main advantage of this event is primarily the participants themselves and their desire to win,” the agency interlocutor noted.

He stressed that each participant has a chance to win “Hackaphone” super final in Moscow, which will be held in late March.

“Work, work and work again. All depends on the person and not on his birth place, his age or sex,” Grigory Petrov summed up.
