Sixth conference of software developers “Secon” to be held in Penza

Penza, 4 March 2014. PenzaNews. Sixth regional conference of software developers “Secon-2014” will take place in Penza high technology park “Rameev” on Friday, March 14. As the chairman of the government of the Penza region Yuri Krivov said during the press conference on the upcoming event, the regional authorities support the event second year in a row, thus contributing to the formation of an “eco - system for local and visiting IT-specialists, engaged primarily in small business.”

He also stressed that events like “Secon” conference are designed to make Penza a magnet for talented and hard-working professionals with good projects — not only local, but also visitors.

One of the initiators and organizers of the conference, the leader of Penza association of software developers “Secon” Maksim Semenkin told the audience that the event will be attended by about 600 people, among whom are experienced developers, as well as students, and 30 experts-speakers.

He added that it is the first time that the event is organized in co-operation with the Center of cluster development of the Penza region.

Vladimir Rozov, the representative of “Bit.Games” and the co-organizer of “Secon-2014” explained that the event will consist of four tracks, two of which will be devoted to technologies, the third one to the management, and the fourth one to presentations of IT-startup representatives.

He added that nine experts have already confirmed their participation — Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, Saransk and Chelyabinsk.

One of the co-organizers of “Secon-2014,” the director of “The operator of e-government” Oleg Zvonov noted that the conference and workshops will be free of charge for all registered participants.
