Penza, 5 March 2014. PenzaNews. Penza road services were transferred to intensified working schedule due to heavy snowfall, but the work is again complicated by the vehicles parked along the roadway. This was reported by the press service of the city administration on Wednesday, March 5.

“In this regard, the city administration appeals to the car owners with a request not to leave the vehicles on the road side and sidewalks where snow is being removed, and if possible, not to use personal vehicles during heavy snowfall at all,” the press service stressed.

The city administration urged drivers to act carefully on the road, recommending to be particularly vigilant on crosswalks.
