Penza students demonstrated good knowledge of Java language

Penza, 7 March 2014. PenzaNews. Penza students won the international online programming contest in Java language, the tasks of which were prepared by the teachers of “Computer Sciences” of Israeli school “Amit” Vladimir Fraiman and Evgeny Kanel.

“In the first round the first place was shared by 10th-graders Nikolai Gayduchenko and Pinkhas Likhterov, who study in the provincial lyceum for gifted children and school “Amit” in Be'er Sheva, respectively. The second place was taken by another student of the provincial lyceum Evgeny Brusnikin, and Dmitry Safronov from Lenino village,” the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that the second round of the contest will be held in April.

“The course “Computer Sciences” has been implemented in schools of Penza region for two years,,” the Ministry reminded.
