Penza, 11 March 2014. PenzaNews. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Benin in the Russian Federation Gabriel Kochofa will deliver a public lecture at Penza State University on the upcoming Wednesday, March 12.

As the press service of the University told news agency “PenzaNews,” Gabriel Kochofa is also a deputy chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Foreign Students in Russia and an honorary professor at three universities — Belgorod State Technological University of building materials named after V. Shukhov, Moscow Academy of Economics and Law, and the Ural State University of Economics.

“The lecture will be devoted to the export of educational services as one of the factors in strengthening of bilateral relations. Everyone is welcome to come,” the press service of Penza State University noted.
