Penza, 17 March 2014. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev stated his intention to announce penalty to the Minister of Health of the region Vladimir Stryuchkov for the failing to attract new employees in the hospitals.

“In our region, there is one of the best motivations for personnel retention, including the provision of housing, but you as the Minister did your worst in this regard. The project failed when considered the yearly figures,” Vasily Bochkarev said during operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, March 17.

According to the head of the region, the Penza region does not have properly organized and systematic work to increase recruitment.

“You as the Minister are on the 13th place in the district in terms of personnel work,” the governor said, noting the need for an immediate remedy in this situation.
