Penza, 18 March 2014. PenzaNews. All the trees on the land near house No. 50 in Prospekt Stroiteley Street in Penza, which was surrounded with a green metal fence by some unknown company in the middle of February 2014, were cut down.

Traces of work, which are presumably preparing the site for construction, can also be seen outside the fence: a large part of the territory was spoiled most likely by heavy equipment.

On Tuesday, March 18, when the correspondent of news agency PenzaNews inspected the site, there was a tractor, and nearby, right on the lawn which is separated from the roadway not only by the curb, but the pavement as well — there was “Hyundai Santa Fe” with registration number O506PC 58 RUS.

Despite the fact that the place was fences over a month ago, there is still no passport on the site — no information on the contractor, the customer, the timing of construction works and construction managers.
