“Dilizhans Corporation” requesting to recognize “Passenger transportation of Penza” bankrupt

Penza, 24 March 2014. PenzaNews. “Dilizhans Corporation” have applied to the Arbitration Court of the Penza region to recognize the bankruptcy of “Passenger transportation of Penza.”

The court will verify the validity of the applicant's claims against the debtor and consider the possibility of introducing monitoring procedures.
When the monitoring is introduced, a temporary manager will be chosen from the members of the non-profit partnership “Self-governing organization of arbitration Mmnagers “Liga.”
The trial is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16. The representatives of both parties are obliged to be present.
According to information published on the official website of the city administration, the municipal organization “Passenger transportation of Penza” have 24 buses, 6 trolleybuses and 33 suburban routes.
The car fleet amounts to 190 large buses and 93 trolleybuses. The company employs over 1,640 people.
The share in the total volume of transportation is 55%.
Olga Lebedeva is the director of the organization.
LLC “Dilizhans Corporations” serves 15 urban routes.
The car fleet amounts to about 400 pieces of equipment, serviced by about one thousand people.
The share of the company in urban transportation amounts to 20-25%.
General Director of LLC “Dilizhans Corporation” is a member of Penza City Duma of the fifth convocation of the party United Russia Oleg Fomin, who previously spoke for the increase of passenger fare in large buses up to 23-24 rubles.
He also directs LLC “Company Dilizhans,” which appealed to the Arbitration Court of the region challenging the order of establishing passengers and baggage fare rate for buses of categories M2 and M3, Class A, and B, in the city of Penza.
