Service for replacement of electricity supply meters launched by “Energotrading” in Penza

Penza, 31 March 2014. PenzaNews. LLC “Energotrading,” the guaranteeing supplier of the Penza region, launched a complex service for the installation, replacement and maintenance of electricity supply meters.

As the press service of the company told news agency “PenzaNews,” at the request of consumers, the company experts will check switchboard, in-house electrical equipment, apartment accounting unit, as well as programme multi-rating meter-devices, and a number of other works.
“Penza residents should contact one of the centers for customer service (8412) 58-41-92, leaving home or cell phone number to the operator. After that, the experts will contact the client and negotiate the time convenient for visit. Services will be provided within 5-7 working days, and the customer will receive all the necessary documents, a receipt and a 5-year guarantee for the meter. Thus, the work is performed in a complex,” the company representative explained.
The press service stressed that the list of additional services are designed for both ordinary consumers, and legal entities, including public sector institutions, condominiums and industrial enterprises.
As the head of the department of electrical systems of LLC “Energotrading” Oleg Myasnikov noted, the meter is like the scales in the store — it must be accurate, reliable and approved.
“We obtain the meters directly from the manufacturer, bypassing intermediaries. Our company employs highly qualified specialists with electrical admittance. They do their job quickly and, most importantly, in good quality. The communication process between our specialists and customers has been adjusted,” he assured.
In turn, the deputy energy sales director of LLC “Energotrading” Lyubov Kotova added that the status of a guaranteeing supplier imposes increased social obligations on the company.
