Participants of “KinnoFest” making films about innovation of Penza clusters

Penza, 1 April 2014. PenzaNews. The third all-Russian Youth Festival “KinnoFest,” during which the participants will shoot short films about the most striking innovation projects of local enterprises – participants of clusters of the Penza region, bagan in the library named after M. Lermontov on Tuesday, April 1. The first stage of the festival, the topic of which is “The story of one innovation,” involves ten youth media-studios from Moscow, Izhevsk, St. Petersburg, Samara, Vladimir, Novosibirsk, Penza and Astrakhan.

According to the General Director of JSC “Center of cluster development” Mikhail Lyashkov, the films will be based on the following projects: “Automated cashless system “School Card” by IT-cluster, “Leveton forte” by biomedical cluster, as well as the product “Osteoplastic matrix” for the reconstruction of bone tissue by LLC “Kardioplant.”

“The glass cluster will provide the participants with information about the upcoming international symposium on art glass, and the instrument-making cluster will acquaint them with multifunction microprocessor diesel equipment and complex monitoring radar,” the agency interlocutor said.

It is expected that each of 10 projects will be completed within three days, after which the jury will determine the winners, as well as the Grand Prix winner.

“The difficulty is that the popular science film can not be pure fantasy, it should be planted on some realities. The information should be brought to the audience in an interesting manner, the ideal is an exciting picture that enabled the viewer to perceive the new easily and with enthusiasm. That is the modern scientific and popular film,” the jury chairman, writer, director, producer, artistic director of the Russian Central Documentary Film Studio Vladimir Alenikov said during the briefing.

According to the chairman of the government of the Penza region Yuri Krivov, films which will be created over the next three days will be the stories about people who change this world for the better at the intersection of science and business.
