Penza, 4 April 2014. PenzaNews. Zheleznodorozhny district court of Penza allowed an appeal of a local resident on declaring his mother dead.

“The man explained that in 2007, his mother and his roommate went to work in Moscow, and since then no information about her existence have been received. Search measures did not bring any information either,” the official representative of the court told news agency PenzaNews on Friday, April 4.

He added that during the investigation of the relevant databases gave no information about the missing woman.

“Recognition of the woman as deceased is important to her son in order to inherit the property belonging to his mother,” the agency interlocutor commented.

According to him, the court found it impossible to establish the whereabouts of the mother of the applicant.
