Penza, 4 April 2014. PenzaNews. Bailiffs will now be able to deduct the funds from the accounts of the debtors in accordance with the corresponding change in the federal legislation. This was announced by the head of the federal bailiff service of the Penza region - chief bailiff Evgeny Pazechko during a meeting with reporters on Friday, April 4.

“In particular, an algorithm of work with small amounts has been prepared. Now debts of up to three thousand rubles will be actively debited. A bailiff will act without leaving the office. In this regard, the department must establish cooperation with all commercial organizations that have information on the availability of funds on the accounts of the debtors,” Evgeny Pazechko said.

According to him, this innovation should greatly facilitate the work of bailiffs.

“We have about 70% of cases, and we hope to finish them this way. In the future we are planning to take steps with five-thousand-ruble debts, and then over 10 thousand rubles,” the chief bailiff of the Penza region said.

One of the positive effects of the changes in legislation noted by Evgeny Pazechko is that it is the value of property that is disputed in the court, and it is not carried out by the bailiffs, but the evaluation organization.

“The cost of the object estimated by the appraiser is mandatory for the bailiff when making his decision about appraisal. If the debtor or the claimants do not agree, they are to dispute with the evaluation organization and not the bailiff,” he explained.

The head of the federal bailiff service of the Penza region added that a number of officials received expanded powers, the new wording of the oath was introduced, and the list of reasons for the use of special instruments at the service disposal was prolonged.
