Penza, 7 April 2014. PenzaNews. The head of the department of psychotherapy of borderline states of Penza regional psychiatric hospital named after K. Evgrafov Vladimir Orlov and the acting deputy chief surgeon of the city emergency hospital named after G. Zakharyin Mark Berenshteyn will participate in the first all-Russian Congress of Distinguished Physicians of Russia.

It will be held in Moscow on April 17-18.

The event is organized by the health committee of the State Duma.

The specialists will discuss topical problems of formation of new policy in the health system.

Also the organizers scheduled to consider the issue of establishment of a national public organization of distinguished physicians of Russia, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Penza region informed.
