Penza, 11 April 2014. PenzaNews. The total amount of funds allocated for monthly benefits payable for the third and subsequent children amounted to 36,2 million rubles in the Penza region since the beginning of 2014.

“22 million rubles of these come from the federal budget,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Employment told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry clarified that the benefit is granted from the date of birth until the child reaches the age of three.

“Payments were made to 1,690 thousand children,” the press service said.

The Ministry of Labour of the Penza region also added that since the beginning of the year, 470 third and subsequent children were born in the Penza region.
