They have an opportunity to choose one of nine cities candidates — St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Simferopol, Mineralnye Vody, Perm, Ufa, Kirov and Novosibirsk.

It is also possible to specify the desired frequency of flights and the most convenient flight time, according to the passengers.

“Electronic serveys will be held regularly in order to improve existing services and create new ones,” the administration of Penza airport told news agency “PenzaNews.”
