Penza, 22 April 2014. PenzaNews. Applications of the Penza region for financial support have been approved by the board of the fund for housing and communal services reformation on Tuesday, April 22.

State organization will forward over 162 million rubles for resettlement of people from dilapidated housing. The region will allocate for these purposes over 261 million rubles. These funds will be used for resettlement of 903 people from 48 damaged houses situated on the territory of Penza to the new apartments.

The Penza region will receive 39,6 million rubles from the fund to realize the program of resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing regarding the need to develop low-rise housing construction in the region. Co-financingfrom the region will amount to 70,6 million rubles. These funds will be allocated for the resettlement of 234 people from 16 dilapidated facilities to low-rise houses built on the territory of 10 municipalities, the department of public affairs of the housing fund reported.

In 2008-2013, the Penza region received 5,1 billion rubles for programs of total repairing of apartment houses and resettlement of people from dilapidated housing from the housing fund. The region co-financing amounted to 1,3 billion rubles.

These funds were used for total repairing of 1,641 apartment buildings with over 163,950 people, as well as for the provision of apartments in new buildings to 7,243 people living in 387 dilapidated houses.
