Penza, 30 April 2014. PenzaNews. Nuriya Bibarsova, a citizen of Srednaya Yelyuzan village of Gorodische region, Penza territory, will represent Russia on a worldwide women’s Quran recital competition which will take place in Jordan from April 30 to May 5.

Around 20 Muslim women from all over the world plan to take part in the event.

“Nuriya Bibarisova already took part in this competition in 2013. Back then, she performed honorably and showed good results,” told the representative of the Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims in Penza region to agency “PenzaNews.”

The Spiritual Directorate representative added that the current competition between the best Quran women reciters is the ninth one in history.

“The competition is held under the auspices of Raniya Abdullah, the Queen of Jordan,” the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims representative noted.
