Penza, 15 May 2014. PenzaNews. Presentation of the mobile application of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was simultaneously held in all regions of the country, including the Penza region, on Thursday , May 15.

During a video conference with the reporters, who were invited to the event, the head of the public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major-General of the internal service Andrei Pilipchuk addressed to the audience.

He talked about the devices the application is suitable for and how it can be useful by common people.

Andrei Pilipchuk said that among the main features of the application is police emergency call, during which the user's location is determined automatically, supplemental information and contact details of the precinct are found, as well as the latest news of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.

Major-General of the internal service noted that currently the appication is in testing mode, so the ministry welcomes comments and suggestions on its operation.
