226 thousand rubles more collected for temple in Zarechny

Zarechny, 27 May 2014. PenzaNews. 226 thousand rubles collected for the construction of temple of the Nativity in Zarechny, the Penza region thanks to people's donations.
“The opening of sacrificial cups was held in the presence of Archpriest Alexander Ovtsynov on Tuesday, 27 May,” the official representative of the municipal government on public relations Elena Uymenova told news agency “PenzaNews.”
She said that since the sacrificial cups were set up in public areas, over 14,4 million rubles have been collected.
The first stone of an Orthodox church in Zarechny, the Penza region was laid in May 2010.
Zarechny temple was designed based on a new space-planning scheme, the main difference is the transfer of load from the four side domes on the walls, thereby achieving architectural expression and freedom of layout.
The building has a built-in belfry.
It is planned that the temple will consist of two halls: the upper church, for 800 people, and the lower for 400 worshipers.
The lower church is mainly planned to be used for ritual ceremonies. There will also be storerooms.
The temple will rise up to about 50 meters counting the cross.
