Penza, 27 May 2014. PenzaNews. Sergei Buylov was dismissed from the position of the head of the department of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region. As the head of information and public relations of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Olga Evdokimova informed, a corresponding order was signed by the minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev.

According to her, the dismissal procedure is currently being completed.
“At the moment, Sergei Buylov is at the disposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region,” the agency interlocutor explained.
Olga Evdokimova added that the acting head of traffic police in the region was appointed the deputy of Sergei Buylov, Police Major Anton Shmatko.
Sergei Buylov was born in the village Karpovka, Serdobsky are, the Penza region on July 4, 1971.
In 1993 he graduated from Penza Higher Artillery Engineering College, majored in “Mechanical Engineering,” in 2004 — Penza State University, majoring in “Jurisprudence.”
Since 1993, he served in the internal affairs agencies.
In July 2009 he was appointed the head of the inter-district registration and examination department of traffic police in the Penza region.
In November 2010, he became the head of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region.
The new head of the department pointed out that he would require every employee to strictly perform their duties, and for corruption crimes violators will be immediately dismissed.
