Every third subscriber of “Interactive TV” by Rostelekom uses unique services

Penza, 3 June 2014. PenzaNews. Nearly 7 thousand subscribers out of 22 thousand customers of Rostelekom connected to “Interactive TV” in the Penza region, are constantly using unique services of this package. This was reported by the commercial director of Penza branch of OJSC Rostelekom Igor Krivoperstov.

“Among them are “Karaoke,” “Playback Control” and “Video rental,” as well as “Picture Box” and “Kids' Club,” the agency interlocutor said.

According to him, the high demand for interactive services and options are primarily associated with a desire to not just watch TV, but manage ether in the truest sense of the word.

“People have already appreciated the level of convenience of turning on the programs which have already finished in the real time, pause the programs which are currently on the air, skip ads and other options,” Igor Krivoperstov said.

He added that “Karaoke” is also gaining popularity now.

“In March and April 2014 subscribers of Rostelekom in the Penza region ordered over 100 musical compositions from “Karaoke.” Most popular are love songs in the spring season. At the peak of popularity were such hits as “Love without deceit,” “Smell of spring,” “Do you love me,” “Take My Heart,” and on the eve of graduation such songs as “We used to love,” “Where childhood goes,” became popular,” the commercial director of Penza branch of JSC Rostelekom.

According to him, the number of orders of movies from “Video rental” is growing in the region.

“Within first two months of spring Penza subscribers of Rostelekom using “Interactive TV” ordered over 13 thousand films TV series. Among the leaders in the number of viewings remain movies in HD and 3D, nominees and winners of the “Oscar,” as well as cartoons for children,” the agency interlocutor said.

Igor Krivoperstov reminded that customers of Rostelekom can always ask company specialists on the use of any service.
