Penza, 3 June 2014. PenzaNews. The head of administration of Zarechny, the Penza region Vyacheslav Gladkov spoke at the second annual All-Russian startup conference of entrepreneurs and innovators Startup Village, which took place in Skolkovo on Tuesday, June 3.

The mayor spoke about the measures taken in the city to keep perspective personnel, under the section “How to start Skolkovo?”

“Experience of Zarechny aroused great interest among the participants of the discussion,” the city management of public relations told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Startup Village is an event aimed at bringing together entrepreneurs, innovators, government officials, investors, researchers and students to discuss technological ideas and promising projects.

It is the culminating event of the so-called “Russian Startup Tour,” which engulfed 27 Russian cities, including Penza, in 2014.
