Penza, 4 June 2014. PenzaNews. Festival of public organizations and city communities “Good Penza,” which will be held in the park named after V. Belinsky on the Day of Russia, June 12, is one of the business cards of the region. This opinion was expressed by the deputy head of the department of internal policy of the government of the Penza region Vladimir Perov during a meeting with reporters, held at the press center of news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday, June 4.

“I am a witness of the interest on the federal authority to the Penza region in the recent years. One of the participants of this process, of course, is “Civil Union.” This is an advanced resource center of nonprofit organizations in our region. And it is a position that the foundatin takes, was awarded by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation last year,” he said.

Vladimir Perov stressed that foundation “Civil Union” constantly finds support from the government of the Penza region.

The deputy head of the internal policy of the government of the Penza region also expressed the opinion that events like “Good Penza” allow people openly show the essence of theie work.

“During the festival, everyone tells directly to all interested people about their activities, what they do, what issues they dwell on, they can advise people on their problems. Of course, now we can tell that the Penza region is one of the best in Russia,” Vladimir Perov said.

According to him, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation noted that resource centers, such as “Civil Union” are a new trend in the organization and implementation of activities of the civil society.
