Penza, 4 June 2014. PenzaNews. Over 8 thousand children will have rest and improve their health in the camps with day care, organized in 64 educational institutions of Penza during summer 2014.

“Three thousand of these children are in a difficult situation,” the press service of the city administration told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The mayor's office noted that the duration of each session is 21 days.

“Parental charge for a voucher to the camp with day care is 20% of the total cost,” the press service added.

The administration of Penza noted that children will be able to attend different activities: art and crafts, sports, military-patriotic, eco- regional studies, technical, and aesthetic orientation.

“All activities of each camp session are age-appropriate focused on the development and implementation of their creative abilities,” the press service said, adding that part of the events will be devoted to the 75th anniversary of the Penza region and the 200th anniversary of Lermontov's birth.
