According to exercise legend, in the result of a collision between two vehicles, decompression of petrol tank occurred, followed by pouring out. Two people received injuries of varying severity, two passengers have psychological trauma. There is a risk of fire.

The first to arrive was traffic police crew. One of the officers immediately began to work at the scene — he assessed the situation, explored the area, identified the number of victims and reported the incident to the duty office.

Soon, firefighters and rescuers arrived. With the help of special equipment they removed people locked vehicles. At this point, medical staff was already working at the scene, their task was to promptly provide medical care to victims.

“During the exercises, skills of elimination of consequences of an accident, first aid were practiced. They allowed to demonstrate coherence of forces and means of emergency services, traffic police, ambulance, and improve the professional level of the participants,” the press service of the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”
