According to the document, a copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” the initial price of real estate, consisting of three buildings with a total land area of over 68 thousand square meters 4,237,786 rubles.

The department of culture and the archive of the Penza region wrere instructed to ensure the buyer to enter security obligations.

According to the information published on the website of the department of state property of the region, currently the supervisor of the real estate is the Association of State Literary-Memorial Museums of the Penza region. It was assigned to the cultural institution in 2011.

Currently, the site, which is in extremely poor condition, is not used.

It consists of three buildings with semicircles of Kurakin's psycho-neurological asylum and manor-house.
