Penza, 13 June 2014. PenzaNews. Celebratory fireworks dedicated to graduation of officers of Penza Artillery Engineering Institute will take place on the waterfront of the Sura river at 22.30 on Saturday, June 14.

As the press service of the municipality told news agency “PenzaNews,” the viewers will be delivered to different parts of the city in nine buses.

“Vehicles will be waiting near Lenin Square at 21.00,” the administration of Penza explained.

The press service added that they also provide trolley buses No. 6 “5th district - Penza III” and No. 2 “Krivozerye – stadium “Penza.”

“They will wait for passengers in Kirova Street,” the city administration explained.
