“I condole with the families and friends of Maria and Ramil. Of course, for them it is grief incomparable to anything else. Now we must come together to help the relatives of the victims survive the misfortune and find all those responsible for the crime,” he said.
Anton Ishchenko stressed that the main task of law enforcement agencies today must be protection of witnesses and relatives of Maria Lipilina and Ramil Kadyshev.
“I remind you that last week, relatives of Maria and Ramil as well as the mother of Irina Alyoshina, who died several years ago, living in the same area of Penza, participated in program “” on TV channel “Russia-1.” They suggested that all these killings may be related to Mikhail Leontiev. I also attended the filming of the program and saw in the eyes of relatives of the deceased of young people willingness to go through with the investigation of this case. Therefore, police officers must ensure the safety of these people, because they have not managed to find Leontiev so far,” the agency interlocutor noted.
Anton Ishchenko added that he personally questioned the ability of law enforcement agencies to ensure full security of life and health of relatives of Maria Lipilina and Ramil Kadyshev.
“In the case of the murder of Irina Aleshina there also was some Leontiev, but after the trial, he remained a witness who hid the crime. Then the blame took his friend Melnichenko. Now a double murder was committed, and the name of Leontiev is again in the list of the case. And today, he will again turn out to be innocent?” he said indignantly.
He especially emphasized that the police could not even find dead bodies.
“According to my information, the body of Maria Lipilina and Ramil Kadyshev were found by the brother of the deceased young man,” Anton Ishchenko pointed out.
“We can not let Penza turn into Kushchevka. Killing must be stopped, and the perpetrators put in jail.
