Over 130 people attended the meeting with the head of the region — teachers of city and district schools, gymnasiums, as well as representatives of administrations and departments of education.
The participants discussed topical issues of the field, including the USE results of this year.
“What is to be done to change the situation in the school? The results of this year are a little bit worse. We must wonder why,” Vasily Bochkarev appealed to the teachers.
According to him, one of the main topics that requires special attention is cheating.
“What can we do to get rid of this cursed habit? We need to punish the one who gives a bribe tougher than the one who takes it. We must strive to ensure that children are constantly repeating the things they were taught to create the habit of discussion of a lesson that the schoolchildren study. Repetition should become the norm,” the governor said.
